To Make a Purchase
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping basket, contact us and we will endeavour to correct the mistake.
We will send an email confirmation of your order to indicate receipt. If we are no longer able to supply a particular product for whatever reason and in the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
The majority of items in the Lollystones range are “one-offs” and in the event of these being sold out we will contact you and reimburse you in full if payment has been processed. All goods remain the property of Lollystones until payment is received in full.
